Pro tips for accurate measurements

Best time to measure

Measure in the morning or evening when you're most comfortable. Avoid measuring right after exercise or when bloated.

Get help if possible

Having someone help you measure can improve accuracy, especially for the bust measurement.

Consider your cycle

Breast size can fluctuate during your menstrual cycle. Measure mid-cycle for the most consistent results.
